I have always loved cooking and baking for family and friends!  Through my adventures in baking, I found that cookies made the best dessert to bring to a person, family, or even large gathering.  They are already portioned, easily portable and pack a lot of flavor. 10 years ago, I decided to perfect the chocolate chip cookie.  After months of trying recipes and dropping off cookies to lots of people, I found a recipe that I liked the best and then tweaked it until it became the cookie I LOVED! The Triple Chocolate Chip cookie is my signature creation. Everyone loves it and I had one person declare “That cookie changed my life!”

Once the chocolate chip cookie was perfected, I moved on to other varieties.  Classics like Snickerdoodles, Sugar cookies, Molasses and Oatmeal.  As well as some newer varieties such as Iced Lemon Shortbread (my current favorite), Butterscotch Pretzel and Carrot Cake.  I want to share my creations with everyone.  Once you’ve tasted cookies made with fresh, quality, and preservative-free ingredients, baked with passion, store bought cookies just can’t compare.  The only thing more satisfying than baking amazing cookies is watching others enjoy them!  No one should be subjected to subpar cookies. You know the ones I’m talking about.  When you take a bite, they leave your mouth covered in preservative film.  Life’s too short to eat bad cookies.  Treat yourself to something amazing!
